Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
     

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping
    3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping
    2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping
    1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Orders may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier delays, or severe weather.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at bestillgear@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage.
